As a Service Professional, you’ll diagnose and repair HVAC systems with precision and care. You’re a problem-solver and trusted advisor who takes pride in keeping customers safe and comfortable year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and options
Document findings and recommendations using service software
Maintain clean, organized work vehicle and job sites
Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be comfortable using tablets or mobile dispatch tools
