Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, specifically in the installation of heating, air conditioning, and ductless systems. This role requires an individual who can read and , work independently, and collaborate effectively with other technicians to ensure high-quality installations.
Responsibilities
- Install systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing systems to determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Read and to ensure proper installation and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters.
- Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Collaborate with service technicians to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Build components as needed for system installations or repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC installation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical fields.
- Strong mechanical and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
- Certification or licensing in HVAC is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
