Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming freshly poured concrete into smooth, durable surfaces that meet project specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, precision, and excellence on every job site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial developments to renovation and restoration efforts, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge to make a lasting impact.
Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Install rebar reinforcement and prepare formwork according to blueprints and schematics to ensure structural integrity.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute concrete forms, placements, and finishing.
- Stamping

Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete finishing with a solid understanding of construction site operations. At least 3 years experience.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing; capable of performing strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
