Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems (AC, heat pumps, furnaces)
- Identify root causes and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Present good / better / best options to homeowners
- Sell repairs, upgrades, and full system replacements
- Manage your own service calls, routes, and schedule
- Maintain tools, vehicle, and parts inventory
- Support and mentor future technicians as the Houston team grows
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience selling HVAC repairs and replacements
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Leadership mindset (lead tech potential)
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
