Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC/R and related building systems (air handlers, exhaust systems, refrigerators, freezers, stability chambers, etc.).
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC/R systems, providing technical guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Develop and maintain PM procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
- Document all work in the maintenance management system.
- Support system monitoring, predictive maintenance, and spare parts inventory management.
- Lead projects and coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HVAC/R experience
- EPA Section 608 certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Refrigeration license required
- Experience in regulated or GMP environments preferred
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
