Job Preferences:

3+ years residential installation experience
-
Hard working, reliable and efficient within timelines are a must!

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
-
Amazing customer service skills
-
EPA Universal License required, NATE Certification preferred

Strong knowledge of and experience working with ductlessunitary systems
-
Experience with Mitsubishi, Bryant and Bosch
-
Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Basic Electrical Skills

Control wiring knowledge

Knowledge of proper venting techniques

Knowledge of refrigeration piping/brazing techniques

Familiarity with wifi thermostatscontrollers

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
