Duties
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow
- Handle heavy lifting of roofing materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to ensure smooth progress
- Operate construction equipment safely and follow all safety protocols on-site
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and measuring tapes effectively
- Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, and grinders is a plus
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing ladders
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward task completion

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
