Join our dynamic team as a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Contractor, where you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration services for a diverse range of commercial properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on complex systems, troubleshoot innovative solutions, and ensure optimal operation of refrigeration units and HVAC equipment. Duties

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment across various property types.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Conduct field service operations including appliance repair, equipment maintenance, welding, and boiler servicing to ensure system reliability.
Perform plumbing tasks related to refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and leak-free operation.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics to identify faults in electrical components or wiring.
Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document repairs for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on HVAC or refrigeration service technician work.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, welding, and property maintenance.
Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately.
Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) technology.
Familiarity with plumbing systems associated with commercial refrigeration units.
Experience working with field service operations involving air conditioning systems and boiler maintenance.
Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles is preferred.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
Mechanical or technical certifications related to HVAC or refrigeration are highly desirable.
