Saladino Property Maintenance is hiring a traveling Facilities Maintenance Technician to service big-box stores and retail locations throughout Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
Responsibilities include:
- Drywall repair
- General carpentry
- Ceiling tile replacement
- Interior and exterior painting
- Smart cart repairs (training provided)
- Sidewalk repairs
- General handyman and facility maintenance work
- Emergency service calls as needed
- Winter work available, including snow removal assistance
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel throughout VT, MA, and NH
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Must be able to procure and purchase job materials as needed (company provided cc)
- Must be available for emergency hours
- previous experience in related field is a must
