Plumbing Superintendent

Maui Plumbing Inc. is hiring an experienced Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects, lead field teams, and manage high-profile client relationships. If you’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber—or currently licensed in another state and working toward Hawaii licensure—this is your opportunity to lead with integrity and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites
- Supervise foremen, technicians, and craft workers
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and code requirements
- Manage project timelines, costs, and documentation
- Represent the company in project meetings and client interactions
- Resolve productivity and workflow challenges on-site
- Support apprenticeship training and skills development
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Plumber License (Hawaii or other U.S. state)Out-of-state journeymen must be actively pursuing Hawaii licensure
- 8+ years of supervisory experience in plumbing or mechanical trades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Superintendent certification (CCER) preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
