Reports To: Director of Service Operations

CMC is seeking a Service Manager who thrives on developing people, driving operational excellence, and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction. If you're a proactive leader with strong HVAC knowledge and a passion for team development—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of HVAC service technicians across the Baton Rouge region
- Monitor KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and profitability
- Develop staffing plans and mentor team members for technical and career growth
- Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and construction teams for service coordination
- Oversee quotes, service billing accuracy, and customer relationship management

What You Bring:
- 10+ years in commercial HVAC with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in service, diagnostics, and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication, scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead by example, coach in the field, and develop a strong service culture
- Valid license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
