Overview: Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a family owned and operated company seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team, where we prioritize your professional development and personal well-being. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage directly with customers to ensure the successful installation of heating and cooling systems.

Duties:
- Lead the installations of HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits in compliance with local codes
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings, recommend solutions, and promote maintenance memberships or replacement options
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, functional condition
- Use ServiceTitan tablet for job tracking, documentation, and accountability
- Verify all work before leaving to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Work independently or as part of a team, mentoring apprentices when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma / GED
- 4+ years' technical and trade experience
- In-depth knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with plumbing systems is a plus
- Understanding of current MA plumbing code
- Clear driving record
- Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours (especially during heating season)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Tech savvy and proficient using an iPad (preferably with ServiceTitan experience)
- Must pass initial and random drug testing and criminal background check
- Desire to grow within the company and complete additional training and certifications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be capable of heavy lifting as required by the job duties
- Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
