We build and install manufacturing facilities, processing plants, energy sites, and material handling systems. Our clients span industries like food processing, chemical, fertilizer, power generation, renewable energy, and heavy industry.
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Crane Operator to operate mobile cranes at industrial job sites across the U.S. This role requires NCCCO certification, a CDL Class B (or higher), and a strong focus on safety. Candidates must be able to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate mobile cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
- Transport crane to job sites and perform setup using mats, cribbing, and blocks
- Work with riggers and signal persons to ensure safe lifting operations
- Assemble/disassemble crane booms when required
- Conduct daily, monthly, and pre-/post-trip equipment inspections
- Maintain driver logs in compliance with FMCSA and company policy
- Support job site safety and assist with general labor as needed
- Communicate with office staff regarding project progress and equipment updates
Requirements
- NCCCO certification or equivalent – Required
- CDL Class B (or higher) – Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI crane operation standards
- Pass a drug screening and background check
- Lift/move up to 60 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL Class A
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience with rigging or heavy equipment
