Position: Lead HVAC Service & Installation Technician

About the Role:
We are headquartered in West Boylston, MA but recently opened a new location in Falmouth & South Yarmouth.
We are hiring two Senior Residential HVAC Technicians to lead Service & Installation work for each of our Cape Cod locations (one for Falmouth and one for South Yarmouth).

Key Responsibilities:
The individual will perform all tasks related to the HVAC Service & Installation process. This will include:
- Daily Service & Installation appointments assigned by DeWolfe customer service team
- Forging strong, enduring customer relationships by providing unparalleled follow-up, communication, and responsiveness with customers
- Analyzing Heating and Cooling systems to identify current issues, while also identifying what could be threats to the system in the future
- Educating customers and clearly explaining different options to ensure optimal short-term and long-term performance of their systems
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure project execution is seamless and exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-years of HVAC Service & Installation experience, Residential preferred but not required
- Strong technical skills. Passionate about problem-solving, identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
- Reliable and Independent. Ability to manage own schedule and punctual in relation to timelines established with customers
- Attention to detail. Ability to generate proposals that address customers stated needs and contain accurate information
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with customers effortlessly
- A driven individual that is motivated by the ability to receive additional compensation based on their achievements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
