We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems and identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Ensure systems are operating safely and in compliance with local HVAC codes and standards.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Communicate effectively with clients or internal teams regarding issues, options, and recommendations.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or HVAC certification preferred.
Valid HVAC license or EPA certification required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles.
Ability to use hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and HVAC software.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or heights.
Must have a Guam Valid driver’s license.
