Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Must provide tools to perform daily tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Ensure that all HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on HVAC projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read wiring schematics
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for HVAC work
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find solutions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license for van driving duties
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
