About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter ready to step into a lead role within a fast-moving, growing company.
You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior home improvement projects and lead a general laborer as needed as well as the ability to work alone.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carpentry across multiple trades:
- Siding, gutters, decks, windows/doors
- Interior remodel work
- Leading job sites or working independently
- Ensuring quality and keeping jobs moving
- Roofing knowledge is a plus
You will not be required to perform roofing work, but should be comfortable:
- Overseeing subcontractors
- Communicating expectations
- Ensuring quality standards are met
Requirements (No Exceptions)
- 3–5 years carpentry experience
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic & accountability
- Fast, reliable internet (for communication & updates)
- Ability to lead when needed and take direction when required
- Mature, professional mindset
Tools are a plus — we’ll discuss based on experience
