Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $25–$45/hour (based on experience)

We are a fast-paced end-of-life vehicle and equipment yard looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator with strong mechanical ability and a “jack-of-all-trades” mindset.

This is not a production welding job. We need someone who can think on their feet, fabricate one-off solutions, repair equipment, troubleshoot problems, and help keep our operation moving.

Our yard works on a wide variety of equipment including:

Excavators
Front-end loaders
Semi Trucks
Tow trucks
Forklifts
Trailers
Heavy equipment attachments
Custom steel repairs and fabrication projects

Responsibilities

Perform MIG, stick, and general welding repairs
Fabricate custom brackets, mounts, guards, repairs, and one-off projects
Repair and maintain heavy equipment and shop machinery
Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and structural issues
Operate shop tools and fabrication equipment safely
Assist with equipment repairs and general shop maintenance
Work independently and manage projects from start to finish

Qualifications

2–10+ years as a Welder Fabricator (levels vary).
Welding and fabrication experience required
Mechanical background strongly preferred
Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial machinery is a plus
Ability to read measurements, fabricate accurately, and problem-solve
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety conscious
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop/yard environment
