Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and other construction machinery to perform tasks such as grading, digging, lifting, and moving materials.
Manage various trucks such as front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks to transport materials efficiently across the site.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Assist with site preparation by leveling ground, excavating foundations, and setting up construction zones.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
Collaborate with project managers and crew members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance activities, and safety inspections.

Experience

Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, cranes, and other machinery on active construction sites.
Mechanical knowledge of construction machinery including Caterpillar equipment or similar brands.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) a plus but not preferred. with experience driving various trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, or tanker vehicles.
Familiarity with construction site safety practices and regulations.
Hands-on experience with concrete mixers and farm machinery is a plus.
Prior experience working with a variety of construction materials such as gravel, soil, concrete, or asphalt is desirable. Join us in building something extraordinary!
