Position: HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- issues accurately and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems and minimize downtime.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns, explain repairs, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
