Position: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Fort Worth, Tx

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
issues accurately and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of HVAC systems and minimize downtime.
Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns, explain repairs, and provide recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC certification or relevant technical training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
