Job Summary
We are actively seeking skilled and motivated electricians to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and building codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools and power tools across commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation and control functions
- Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters to ensure electrical circuits meet safety standards and operational requirements
- Follow safety protocols in accordance with NEC guidelines while working on construction sites or renovation projects
- Assist in framing carpentry tasks when needed to support electrical installations within building structures
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial, commercial, or construction environments with strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage wiring techniques for diverse applications
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as ohmmeters effectively
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and hazard awareness
- Knowledge of NEC regulations for electrical installations and renovations
- Skilled in interpreting schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints for accurate wiring layouts
- Experience with renovation projects involving framing carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent attention to detail
