Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment start-ups
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay with earning potential up to $130,000 per year
- Weekly pay, including paid travel time
- $250 bonus for on-call weekends
