Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join us full time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and be proficient in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients. On occasion and as needed, Installer may assist our Service division from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate and cooperate with other technicians and field service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner and timely communicate progress and completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.
Skills
- Proficient in field service operations related to HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of equipment installation & repair techniques for heating and cooling units.
- Ability to maintain and refrigerate various HVAC components effectively.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices related to HVAC installations.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle for job site visits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
