HVAC Company is looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our busy team. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and has a positive “CAN DO” attitude. We need someone who is well-organized and motivated to keep on task and do a good job. You will maintain a safe and clean work environment. Lastly, communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Basic understanding of heating and air conditioning functions.
Knowledge of wiring and reading wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of the various parts and their function in the heating and cooling system.
Reading and understanding of mechanical plans.
Must be able to take notes and photos of all issues and communicate with the office.
Know/ Learn how to navigate through your company email and Service Titan system.
Position Expectations:
To create excellent customer experience for homeowners.
Educate homeowners and create a realistic expectation of what their unit can and can’t do.
Position Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
Be a team player/ help get through all the warranty calls, help with startup calls as well.
Competent in reading mechanical plans, performing airflow tests and resolving airflow issues.
Show up to work every day on time and with a great attitude.
Ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment (i.e., heat pumps, gas furnaces, condensers, and mini splits) heat and cooling issues.
Be available for on-call schedules every 4 weeks. On calls are one week a month you are required to have and answer your phone 24-7 as needed
The Company requires all technicians to provide their own tools. A tool list will be provided.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
Must carry a VALID NV Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a drug screen (this includes marijuana)
Must have a UNIVERSAL EPA
OSHA-10 (minimum) we allow you to obtain this after job offer

Pay is between $18 - $25 Depending on Experience.
