Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Service Technician and lead installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining, installing replacement systems and new construction installations in a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems across various light commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct field service operations involving appliance repair, property maintenance, and mechanical equipment.
- Utilize specialized tools such as ohmmeters to repair or replace faulty components.
- Diagnose complex problems involving HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) units.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding system issues, repair procedures, and maintenance recommendations to foster trust and confidence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration.
- Construction background or experience working on large-scale property maintenance projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, appliance repair, boiler operation, brazing techniques is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
- Proficiency with field service tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
