Position Title: High Voltage Industrial Electrician
Location: Capitol Heights, MD

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial electrical systems, 30KVA power distribution, and high-voltage operations. This role requires a bilingual (Spanish & English) professional with leadership experience managing up to five Journeyman electricians. The position offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage (30KVA) electrical systems in industrial environments.
Lead a team of up to 5 Journeyman electricians, providing guidance, training, and oversight.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and other safety regulations.
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with Spanish and English-speaking team members.
Assist in planning and coordinating job site activities, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

High Voltage Certification (Required).
Industrial electrical experience (Required).
Experience working with 30KVA electrical systems.
Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ electricians.
Ability to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area (Relocation assistance available).
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
Must be able to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and heights.
