We're a growing HVAC company looking for a motivated, dependable Install Lead/Service Technician to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow. What You'll Do

Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Lead installation jobs from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail
Perform service calls and troubleshoot HVAC systems as needed
Travel to job sites within our 60-mile service radius
Participate in an on-call rotation outside of regular business hours

What We're Looking For

A reliable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time
Clean driving record — valid driver's license required
EPA Universal certification and/or HVAC or refrigeration certifications are a plus but not required. We value the right attitude and work ethic above all
Prior HVAC installation or service experience preferred
Must be comfortable commuting within our 60-mile service radius
