Job Opportunity: Senior HVAC Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician. In this role, you will diagnose complex system failures and mentor junior technicians. This position requires advanced technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults in diverse systems.
- Lead large-scale equipment installations, retrofits, and system commissioning projects.
- Mentor apprentice technicians through field training and technical guidance.
- Oversee quality control checks on completed team maintenance jobs.
- Consult with clients regarding system replacements, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional HVAC field experience.
- Certification: Valid EPA Universal Certification is strictly required.
- Licensing: Active Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred.
- Drivers: Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of building automation systems and variable refrigerant flow.
