Solecon Industrial Contractors, Inc. has been in business since 1981. Focusing on commercial and industrial projects, we specialize in plumbing and piping, HVAC systems, and fire sprinkler systems. We are currently looking to hire an HVAC Service Technician. Candidate must be willing to perform installation services in addition to service technician duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Provide the highest level of technical ability, service, and integrity to our customers
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units/systems and components thereof for commercial and/or industrial customers
Travel to job sites
Be available to work overtime, nights, or weekends, as needed
Document details of services and parts provided to customers

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ experience in maintaining, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems and units (required)
Prior experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems (required)
Experience with installation/configuration of controls/BMS (preferred)
Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with a strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive (required)
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans (required)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (required)
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays - if needed (required)
EPA HVAC certified (preferred)
College or Technician Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration a (preferred)
Valid driver's license (required)
Ability to pass drug screening (required)
