Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 10+ years of hands-on commercial service experience. This is not an entry-level role—candidates must be confident working independently, diagnosing complex systems, and delivering high-quality service in commercial environments. Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Work on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and large-scale commercial systems
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Utilize BAS to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations
- Complete accurate service documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical systems
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
