Commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal Installer

Monday–Saturday Schedule
Pay: $25–$37/hour + Overtime Opportunities
$100/day Per Diem for Travelers (Hotel Not Provided)
Warriors 2 Workforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal Installers for ongoing commercial construction projects in the Columbus, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable individuals with experience working on large-scale commercial jobsites installing ductwork, HVAC systems, and sheet metal components.
We welcome both local candidates and travelers. Travelers will receive $100/day per diem, but housing/hotel accommodations are not provided and must be arranged independently.
Responsibilities:
- Install commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install duct systems
- Install hangers, supports, dampers, and related components
- Work safely alongside other trades on active commercial construction sites
- Maintain productivity while meeting quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Commercial HVAC and/or sheet metal experience required
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday schedule
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $25–$37/hour depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Monday–Saturday work schedule
- $100/day per diem for qualified travelers
