Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial electrical work and be proficient in using various electrical tools and equipment. This role involves working on construction sites, ensuring that electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to industry standards and safety regulations.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial settings.
- Utilize hand tools and electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Work with low voltage systems and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Collaborate with construction teams to build and implement electrical infrastructure on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools and testing equipment used in electrical work.
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Understanding of low voltage applications and the NEC is a plus.
