Responsibilities
- Complete cabinet, sheetrock, and other carpentry repairs
- Complete apartment make readies in a timely manner
- Complete apartment painting and other painting projects
- 24 hr pager service (paid time and a half)
- Work at the direction of our Property Manager and Owners
- Communicate respectfully with tenants and property managers
- Complete work orders properly and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a clean working environment in the shop
- Learn new skills and earn new certifications
- Maintain high work ethic and solve problems
Qualification
Apartment complex maintenance experience required

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications
