We are seeking an experienced Bath Tub / Shower Installer, including Walk-In Bath Tubs, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with standard tubs, shower systems, and walk-in bath installations, works efficiently, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a skilled installer looking for steady work and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Install standard bath tubs, walk-in bath tubs, shower bases, wall systems, and enclosures
Remove existing tubs/showers and modify openings as needed
Set, level, and secure walk-in tubs properly
Connect drain, water supply, and overflow for walk-in tubs (within scope)
Ensure all installations are sealed, functional, and finished cleanly
Test walk-in tubs for leaks and proper operation
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

Previous experience installing bath tubs and/or shower systems (walk-in tub experience strongly preferred)
Basic plumbing and carpentry knowledge
Ability to lift heavy materials and maneuver walk-in tubs safely
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
