We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG, MIG, and robotic welding to join our innovative manufacturing team. Responsibilities

Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on various materials, including sheet metal and pipe components, adhering to project specifications and safety standards.
Operate robotic welding equipment with precision, ensuring consistent quality across production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate parts and assemblies.
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices to ensure precise dimensions and fit-up.
Execute fabrication tasks such as plasma cutting, press brake forming, pipe threading, soldering, and ductwork assembly in accordance with industry standards like ASME codes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and mechanical operations.
Collaborate with team members on assembly projects and troubleshoot fabrication issues efficiently using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction site environments or manufacturing facilities involving welding or fabrication tasks.
Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding ( specific), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and plasma cutting techniques.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate fabrication.
Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices.
Experience with rigging operations involving cranes or forklifts for material handling.
Mechanical aptitude with understanding of pipe threading, machining processes, soldering, ductwork installation, and assembly procedures.
Strong attention to detail with proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools for quality control.
