Overview:
We are seeking All star self starters to join our fast growing remodeling team.

We specialize in all interior; primarily finished basements, kitchens, and bathrooms; We also build decks.
As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for completing various carpentry projects, including construction, remodeling, and installation. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
MUST KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AVERAGE AND QUALITY WORK.
Responsibilities:
-We are a remodeling company, not a trim carpentry company, so you MUST be highly proficient in Atleast 2 other trades than finished carpentry. (Not including mechanicals)
- Perform precise measurements and calculations to ensure accurate cuts and installations. Tight/ limited gaps
- Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry elements
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role
- Proven experience with detailed work. You should be able to create punchlists in real time and complete before end of project
- Must maintain deadline completions
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
- Expertise in flooring installation, cabinet installation, and (NOT MANDATORY BUT A PLUS)
- Familiarity with remodeling projects and techniques START to FINISH
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship

Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
