Premier Energy Solutions is a growing, full-service energy and construction company specializing in generator installations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and site work. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Electrician who is ready to take the next step as a leader within our organization.
This is not a position for someone who simply shows up and pulls wire. We are looking for a team leader—someone who takes ownership of their work, holds themselves accountable, and can confidently lead projects from start to finish.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has a strong residential electrical background and is comfortable running work, managing customer expectations, and leading a small crew when needed.
We're not looking for someone whose experience comes exclusively from large commercial projects with hundreds of workers on-site. We're looking for someone who understands residential construction, can work independently, make decisions, and deliver a great experience for our customers.
Experience with generators is a plus, but not required. We provide training and support to help the right candidate succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish
- Oversee generator installations and related electrical work
- Execute service calls and work orders with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, and fellow team members
- Mentor and support apprentice and junior electricians
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide accurate job updates and communicate project progress
- Assist with inventory, materials, and job planning
- Represent Premier Energy Solutions professionally on every jobsite
- Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Strong residential electrical experience
- Ability to run projects independently and lead others effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read plans, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions in the field
- Strong understanding of residential wiring and 120/240V systems
- Experience with generator installations is a plus
- Experience with service work and customer-facing projects preferred
- Solar, HVAC, or other specialty electrical experience is welcome
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional set of hand tools
