TEC Engineering Corp. Full-Time | Day Shift
TEC Engineering is seeking a reliable and hardworking Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is primarily responsible for operating and setting up manual press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components used in conveyor and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual press brake machines.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication prints.
- Measure, mark, and bend sheet metal to required dimensions.
- Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Use measuring tools including tape measures, squares, and calipers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Assist with general fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a press brake preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus but not required.
