Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Aire Serv of Central Illinois is a union HVAC contractor offering company-paid family health insurance, pension benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and year-round work.

We are looking for someone who can fabricate and install custom ductwork, build transitions and plenums, install residential HVAC systems, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do

Install residential heating and cooling systems
Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom duct modifications in the field.
Perform equipment changeouts and complete system installations
Read and interpret installation layouts and plans
Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete installation documentation and paperwork
Assist in training and mentoring less experienced installers

Requirements

Qualifications

HVAC installation experience required
Sheet metal fabrication experience required
Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, and custom ductwork
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
EPA Certification preferred
