Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master HVAC Technician to lead and grow the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and water heaters.
- Build and lead a team of skilled HVAC technicians as well as develop in experienced technicians
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Conduct field service operations involving appliance repair, equipment repair, welding, and property maintenance tasks with precision and safety.
- Manage service calls efficiently by coordinating with clients on-site; provide clear explanations of repairs needed and preventive maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, equipment status reports, schematics updates, and compliance documentation.
- Operate a vehicle responsibly for timely transportation between job sites while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Skills
- Extensive experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning systems)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in plumbing, boiler operation, appliance repairc and general property maintenance.
- Ability to independently lead and grow a team.
- Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals accurately.
- Field service experience with a focus on equipment repair,
- Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC system installation and upgrades within commercial or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with HVAC safety standards and local building codes; ability to work safely in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to operate company vehicles responsibly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
