Traveling Electrical Superintendent | Data Center Construction | Housing + Per Diem
Lead medium voltage electrical construction on high-profile data center projects nationwide. We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to supervise crews, manage schedules, ensure quality, and maintain safety across multiple job sites. This is a traveling role with company-provided housing, daily per diem, and a company vehicle or allowance.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and direct electrical crews installing medium voltage distribution systems (5kV–35kV)
- Ensure all work meets design specifications, schedule requirements, and applicable code standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain high-quality workmanship across all phases of construction
- Prepare daily field reports and support project schedule updates
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and utility representatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of field supervision experience in electrical construction
- Experience on commercial, industrial, or data center projects
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate crews
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, productivity optimization, and field logistics
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Willingness to travel for projects (housing and per diem provided)
