Pay Range: $26.00 – $34.00 / Hour – Depending on Experience

Contract: Contract to Hire

Finish Carpenter Responsibilities:

Install interior trim, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and architectural millwork
Set and hang doors, hardware, and specialty finish components
Perform precise measurements, cuts, and finish installations
Interpret and work from detailed finish carpentry drawings
Ensure all finish work meets commercial quality and aesthetic standards
Troubleshoot installation challenges and communicate needs proactively
Operate and maintain finish carpentry tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work environment

Finish Carpenter Qualifications:

Extensive finish carpentry experience required (advanced skill level)
Strong understanding of commercial finish standards and materials
Proven ability to produce clean, accurate, high‑quality finish work
Proficient with all finish carpentry tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working in various job site conditions
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (not required)
