CODR is the largest locally owned disaster restoration company in Central Oregon, serving the region since 2006. Our team specializes in restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, and other property damage.
We are looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter who can work independently and deliver high-quality finished work inside occupied homes.
$30 – $35+ per hour (DOE)
Full-time position – typically 40+ hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
This position focuses on interior repair and finish work after property damage.
Typical work includes:
- Finish carpentry
- Flooring installation (wood, laminate, LVP, carpet)
- Drywall patching and finishing
- Painting
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- Tile work
- Matching existing finishes in residential homes
You will often work independently or with a small team, directly in customers' homes.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record (you will drive company vehicles)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
