Salary Range: $18-22/hour

Welder/Fabricator (MIG/TIG)
Master Machine Inc. is looking for reliable welders/fabricators to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a small shop — not a corporate environment. If you can show up, work hard, and produce quality work, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do:

MIG and/or TIG welding
Fabricate and fit parts from prints or samples
Grind, prep, and finish welded parts
Assist with shop projects and production work
Maintain quality and keep jobs moving on schedule

What we’re looking for:

Welding/fabrication experience
Ability to read basic prints and measurements
Reliable and self-sufficient
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Experience with stainless/aluminum is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

$18-$22/hour (based on experience)
Full Time
Day shift
