AHNTECH is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician for a federal facilities maintenance opportunity in Bethesda, Maryland. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Government-Required Certifications
Applicants must provide copies of the following certifications with their application or resume in order to be considered:
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- Refrigerant Recovery certification or documentation
- Propane Refrigerant Certification, R-290 Certification, Hydrocarbon Refrigerant Certification, or equivalent flammable refrigerant certification
Certification Submission Requirement
These certifications are required by the U.S. Government and must be submitted with AHNTECH’s proposal. Applicants who do not attach the required certifications may not be considered.
Position Requirements
The Lead HVAC Technician must be trained and qualified to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial and light industrial HVAC systems, including:
- Large complex package units
- Chiller plants
- Closed loop systems
- Air compressor systems
- Boilers
- Hot air furnaces
- Refrigeration systems
- Dehumidification systems
Federal, military base, mission-critical facility, or government contract experience is preferred but not required.
