Project Overview
Great Basin Industrial Solutions is seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians with a valid North Dakota Journeyman’s License to support a major electrical project. You must hold an active Journeyman's license in the state of North Dakota or the ability to reciprocate a valid Journeyman's license from the following states: AK, CO, ID, IA, ME, MT, NE, MN, SD, IA, NH, UT, and WY
This role is ideal for electricians with backgrounds in:
- Data Centers
- Industrial facilities
- Manufacturing plants
- Power generation
- Mining operations
- Water/wastewater plants
- Large commercial or industrial builds
Candidates should be comfortable working in structured industrial environments with strict safety protocols and technical electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Electrical Installation
- Install conduit systems (EMT, Rigid, IMC) in industrial environments
- Install and support cable tray systems and industrial cable routing
- Pull and terminate power and control wiring
- Install and connect industrial motors, panels, MCCs, and equipment
Electrical Equipment & Systems
- Perform electrical hookups for:
- motors
- control panels
- switchgear
- industrial machinery
- Terminate and troubleshoot control circuits and power circuits
- Wire pulls
Troubleshooting & System Testing
- Diagnose electrical faults in industrial systems
- Assist with system startup, testing, and verification
- Verify proper installation and operation of electrical components
Safety & Compliance
- Follow NFPA, NEC, and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in daily safety meetings and site compliance procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Licensing: Active North Dakota Journeyman's License or ability to reciprocate
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Work on ladders and lifts
- Work in active industrial environments
- Work extended shifts when required
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $60.00hr + provided lodging + per diem + 20 Hours Guaranteed Overtime
