Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Master Carpenter to join our team on high-end residential projects.

This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional finished work in refined home environments.

Responsibilities

Execute expert‑level rough and finish carpentry, including:
Custom cabinetry and built‑ins
Trim, doors, windows, and detailed millwork
Repairs
Light framing and structural carpentry as required
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans
Plan work independently, accurately measure, and calculate material needs
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain schedule and quality
Maintain clean, organized, and professional high‑end residential job sites
Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
Troubleshoot field issues and provide smart, practical solutions

Required Skills

10+ years of professional carpentry experience, with strong rough & finish skillset
Proven experience in high‑end residential or custom home projects
Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operation practices
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid problem‑solving and organizational skills
Physical ability to perform demanding carpentry work safely
Professional communication and jobsite leadership presence
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as they relate to carpentry
Travel between jobsites; maintain a valid driver’s license
Experience with BuilderTrend (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
