XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for Overhead Crane Operator!
Compensation: $18.50/hr (Weekly Pay on Fridays)
Schedule: Rotating schedule Monday - Saturday 6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM or 12 AM
Location: Houston, TX 77015
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead cranes remotely to lift, move, and position steel materials.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on crane systems.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to prevent accidents and damage.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and material flow for efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Have a physical high school diploma or equivalent.
- A physical valid driver license is required.
- 2 years of proven experience operating overhead cranes, preferably in a steel or heavy materials environment.
- Pass a background check of 7 years and drug screening.
- Able to do rotating shifts.
