Your Role:
As a Licensed HVAC Technician, you will be part of a passionate and skilled team that ensures excellent service for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC issues, educate customers on their options, and guide them to make informed buying decisions. Your role will also involve maintaining your license and updating the latest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and services for residential and light commercial systems.
- Offer additional add-on products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to grow your skills.
- Maintain your professional license and certifications.
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your career.
What We’re Looking For:
- Texas Journeyman License (required).
- 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills on residential HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Leadership skills with a strong work ethic.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Weekend on-call rotation availability
